Question… Are you familiar with stunning silver necklaces that look like folded paper planes and pencil sharpenings or rings that feature ‘nice’ biscuits and tea cups? Of course you have!

I was fortunate to spend the morning with the talented Victoria Mason, attending one of her intimate workshops and learning the skills required to make a ‘bunting necklace’.

It was so great! Not only was it a lot of fun, like having morning tea with a group of friends, but Victoria has a way of delivering the class so we all got to walk away with highly successful pieces of jewellery. We sawed, filed, stamped and clamped and produced pieces we were genuinely proud to wear!

Getting back to the morning tea; admit it, this is a pretty important part of the day. We were greeted with a gorgeous red polka dot table cloth that drew attention to the array of yummy treats. Apple tea cake, choc chip and hazelnut cookies, some sort of super delicious parmesan savoury snacks and tea, tea and more tea! What made it even tastier was the quaint ‘nana style’ crockery, love it!

Thanks Victoria for not only sharing your amazing talent and secret skills but also your hospitality x
